Accommodation, Carpool and Library Services (ACLS) is a group within the Corporate and Government Services Division of the Department of Government Services. We contribute to delivering efficient whole of government common services.

Executive Director

Lynda Kaklamanis

Lynda Kaklamanis

Lynda is a finance professional with experience in policy development and implementation. She has been with the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) for more than 18 years in senior procurement management roles, providing procurement advisory services to the DTF, the State Revenue Office and the Essential Services Commission.

Kerrianne Bradley

Kerrianne Bradley profile

Kerrianne is an experienced engagement, marketing and strategic communications expert with graduate and post graduate qualifications in communications and marketing and certified in public participation methodologies (IAP2). She has worked across a range of Victorian Government departments and agencies to support effective community and client engagement and change initiatives.

Director - Corporate and Commercial

Dani Holl

Dani Hall

Dani has extensive legal, contract management and commercial experience. She has worked in Wellington, Melbourne and London at top-tier law firms and in senior in-house government roles. Dani’s most recent role was as Director Commercial and Legal at the Community Safety Building Authority (within DJCS).

Dani has also spent several years as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for Development Victoria, which included experience in facilities management, leasing and real estate.

Linda Hawthorne

Linda Hawthorne

Linda is an experienced director with more than 25 years of property experience across the government, private and public sectors. At ACLS, Linda provides a subject-matter-expert (SME) overlay in all areas of ACLS service delivery to ensure asset optimisation across the Victorian Government owned building portfolio.

Director - Accommodation Strategy and Planning

Casey Jamieson

In her previous role as Director of Accommodation, Governance and Reporting at the Australian Taxation Office, Casey was responsible for leading the accommodation portfolio of the second largest federal government agency. The portfolio comprised both metropolitan and regional sites across Australia. Prior to this, Casey has worked in a range of roles within the ATO and has an extensive transformational leadership experience complemented by her qualifications and previous roles in Human Resources.

Director - Accommodation Program Management and Planning

Daphne Velji

Daphne oversees our extensive program of accommodation fit out works across the portfolio and supporting accommodation planning across the ACLS managed portfolio to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Daphne has a wealth of experience in asset management, infrastructure, and property development from various leadership roles in government, consultancy, and organizations in New Zealand, South Africa, and Singapore.

Director - Service Delivery Management

Emily Hesline

Emily has an accountability for accommodation facilities and security management (including overseeing outsourced provider delivery of these services), and ACLS three in-house service offerings of the Customer Service team, Victorian Government Library Services (VGLS) and ACLS Carpool. She has a wealth of property management expertise, and a deep knowledge of ACLS portfolio and stakeholders.
