As we celebrate the third anniversary of the Ballarat GovHub this year, it's an opportune time to assess its achievements and the contributions made by Accommodation, Carpool, and Library Services (ACLS) concierge services to its success.

Originally established to centralise government services and information, the Ballarat GovHub has since transformed into a vibrant collaboration centre, bringing together government agencies, local businesses and community members.

On average, more than 1500 individuals visit the GovHub every week. And, according to an ongoing feedback survey, more than 95% of visitors enjoy a positive experience when using the GovHub for their meetings and training.

The success of GovHub can be attributed to several key factors

Strong collaboration between Victorian Government departments/agencies and ACLS concierge services has been important in achieving well-integrated and readily available GovHub spaces to benefit all occupants.

Another critical factor in the GovHub's success is its commitment to continuous improvement. The operational environment at the GovHub is constantly evolving and, based on user feedback, the ACLS Carpool has improved its service by now providing an after-hours car drop-off option for occupants.

Here's what our clients have to say
